Orders placed before 9 pm or on selected date will be delivered between 3 pm to 7 pm

Refund policy

OPTION 1. 

If you wish to cancel an order, just give us a heads up within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery. Our management will promptly take action and determine the refund amount. The method/mode of refund will also be decided by our management. By accepting the refund, you agree to waive any further complaints. We'll carefully assess the situation and arrange an appropriate refund accordingly.

OPTION 2. 

If you want to cancel an order, just let us know within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery. We'll take immediate action. If the return is approved, the refund amount will be decided by our management. The means of refund will also be determined by our management. By accepting the refund, you agree to waive any further complaints. We'll decide on the suitable refund arrangement based on the situation.

OPTION 3. 

If you wish to cancel an order please notify us within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery and immediate action will be taken. If the return is agreed upon by Meette management, the refund amount as decided by the management will be refunded.

The means of refund will be decided by the Meette management. By accepting such a refund, the Customer or any other party involved consents to waive any additional complaint that could be made. After analysing the situation, Meette will decide at its own discretion on a suitable arrangement for refund of the decided amount.

Same day cancellation is not offered, no refund is made for the same.
